 Green Horse classes are open to 3 and 4 year old horses only and may not cross enter into any other classes except for halter and showmanship. Pee Wee classes are for children age 10 & under. Youth Classes are for youths age 11-17. Protective head gear is required for all youth (certified ASTM/SEI) while driving and riding. Youth must be 13 yrs. or older to show a stallion. ASMHDC By-Laws and Show Rules are available online and at the shows. Failure to read the rules may result in disqualification and they are non-negotiable. The ASMHDC will not be held responsible for accidents, loss, or damage to contestants, spectators, and/or animals. Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated. The officers and/or show committee reserve the right to eject anyone demonstrating hostile behavior toward judges or other participants, spectators and members. Show will be held rain or shine, however, the show committee has the right to combine or cancel classes for any unforeseen circumstances (i.e. flooding, emergencies). Please check our website frequently for show updates prior to show day.
